Leadership Minimum Qualifications:

• Growing and developing 2-3 direct reports

Technical Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Directory
• VMWARE
• Server Admin

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years in IT or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Adjusting priorities based on business needs
• Self-motivated and directed
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• On-call availability for a 24/7 environment
• Experience in server admin, Active Directory and VMWARE
• Technical support documentation skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Travel up to 10% of the time (1-2X a quarter to another location / DMS site)
• On-call every 3-4 weeks to assist with Level 3 support
• Hybrid schedule 2-3X a week onsite
• 40% technical and 60% leadership daily responsibility

Responsibilities for Supervision:

• Supervise the Server, Datacenter Infrastructure, and Database.

Organizational Relationships:

• Reports to: IT Infrastructure and Datacenter Manager
