Manage one or more cross-functional projects/engagements of medium to high complexity. Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Work from detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports. Facilitate standard process, procedures, and controls. Attend project/engagement meetings and is responsible for project task tracking. Communicate to internal and external program stakeholders. Provide executive reporting of program status.Skills:

• The initial step is to build out the team of Program Managers that will be assigned a set of projects and responsible to lead these projects for on-time and on-budget project completion using standard engineering methodologies.
• The Program Manager provides governance and oversight of the purpose and status of the projects in a program and uses this oversight to support project-level activity.
