Responsibilitiesarrow_right

* Stimulate the global ENT business development & growth: Be the clinical spearhead to identify broad ENT portfolio opportunities, based on customer and market insights to trigger incremental business growth

* Manage clinical team: Supervise & provide strategic clinical framework and direction of clinical team

* Strategic clinical education program development: Responsible to develop strategy for internal and external clinical training, events as well as educational program activities that contribute to the overall business targets

* Set clinical strategy for clinical assets & studies: Differentiate the IHT portfolio through strategizing of relevant clinical assets and oversee tactical implementation; experienced to set study scope, contracts and publishing

* Establish tangible customer relationships, be the clinical face to InHealth customers: Create, own and maintain excellent customer relationships, support the field team to ultimately meet and/ or exceed the global annual sales goals

* Extraordinary communication and reporting capabilities: Be the internal and external clinical ambassador to effectively communicate and report throughout all hierarchy levels as well as customer audiences, in individual settings as well as public events

* Act as the go-to contact for all ENT Key Opinion Leaders: Create and maintain KOL network with Speech Language Pathologists, Head & Neck Surgeons, ENT clinicians in Laryngology and Pediatrics, and other clinical capacities

Qualificationsarrow_right

* Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

* Renowned clinician with a recognizable portfolio of publications

* Annual National Accreditation Certificate to demonstrate competency as a Speech Language Pathologist as recognized by InHealth Technologies

* Minimum of 8+ years experience in clinical leadership role

* Strong experience to lead direct and indirect teams

* Commercial business development exposure and/ or strong interest

* Ability to travel up to 30% - 50% of the time

* Field Sales experience preferred

* Energized and intrinsically motivated self-starter with strong capabilities to create the clinical strategy and tactical implementation plan for the Strategic Business Unit ENT as a member of a cross-functional team

* Strong in-depth knowledge of promoted products, competitors, physiology, medical literature and scientific innovations

* Identify and own ENT market insights and trends and share within the organization to trigger business development opportunities

* Ability to apply strategic thought, planning and execution to maximize sales opportunities within key accounts

* Ability to adapt selling approach with multiple specialties and customer segments

* Provide leadership and coaching, self-development planning and focus on teambuilding to capitalize on and build upon self and strength of others

* Excellent analytical skills to identify and drive sales trends, forecasting, research data

* Support commercial team with medical education presentations
