You'll be:• Ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues by following division safety rules and demonstrating leadership in establishing and following Safe Work Procedures.• Participating in safety audits of new and existing secondary equipment.• Assisting with new mold inspection, installation, and setup.• Collaborating with Shift Process Technicians to improve the efficiency of existing processes.• Understanding the Quality system and interpreting data as it relates to the molding process.• Documenting and communicating data accurately and thoroughly.• Occasionally working overtime as required.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:• Have at least 5 years of hands-on practical experience in injection molding.• Have a working knowledge of the IQMS system and basic PC literacy.• Have a strong aptitude for mathematics and technical skills (must pass Work Keys Mathematics and Technical Aptitude testing to be considered).What happens next:Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
