Job Details

In this role, you will…

  • Maximize efficiency by ensuring production materials are consistently available at the Assets.
  • Support assigned tasks and work independently to boost overall productivity.
  • Enhance your skill set by actively participating in ancillary equipment training and continuously expanding your knowledge through initiative and constructive behavior.
  • Maintain effective communication with the shift production lead, follow directions for task assignments, and stay responsive to evolving requirements in a dynamic, high-productivity environment.

Success factors…

  • Preferred experience with basic cGMP practices and documentation in a manufacturing setting.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime when needed, sometimes with short notice.
  • Commitment to excellent attendance, teamwork, and adherence to Nosco's policies and procedures.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The role also requires extended computer use, manual dexterity, sustained concentration, and essential speaking, hearing, and vision capabilities.
