Job DetailsPHYSICAL THERAPIST MONDAY-FRIDAY, 5 8s or 4 10s (Outpatient Setting)

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; Bachelor's Degree required
• 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting is preferred
• Active Utah PT license or willing to obtain
• Must be BLS certified or willing to obtain
