Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Customer Service at Osterman Fox and Associates located in Syracuse, NY. The candidate will be responsible for customer service operations, managing sales activities, quoting customers, expediting orders and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
