Title: Inside Sales Account Manager

General Scope of Position:
The Account Manager's primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships between the company and its customers. This role ensures customer retention and supports the outside sales team in driving business growth. The Account Manager serves as the lead point of contact for all customer-related matters and works to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, with focus on consultative selling and cold calling to generate new business.
- Technical sales experience or engineering background is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including a personable and professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with CRM software solutions is preferred.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

- Able to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Sefar Territory Management and Market Manager teams to develop and implement a Top Line Growth Strategy aimed at meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with Territory Management to understand customer needs and provide timely sales support.
- Increase Sefar's market share with existing accounts by analyzing customer buying history, recommending related or new products, and explaining technical features.
- Drive sales growth by identifying potential accounts, researching new business opportunities, and building strong rapport with customers.
- Coordinate with the Sefar Order Management team for order entry, maintenance, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain and improve quality by adhering to standards and suggesting improvements to policies and procedures.
- Achieve departmental and organizational goals by taking ownership of new tasks, identifying opportunities for improvement, and adding value to job responsibilities.
- Ensure accurate and complete data entry into the Sefar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge by participating in training, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
