We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to ensure the timely submission of accurate techno-commercial offers, coordinate detailed engineering efforts with relevant teams, and manage the seamless booking of Purchase Orders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment, where your contributions directly impact our success!Essential Functions
  • Engage with Inquiry Documents: Dive into specifications and terms & conditions, identifying key techno-commercial observations.
  • Coordinate Inquiry Process: Log inquiries into our internal portal, representing them for further discussions with management and relevant teams.
  • Collaborate on Commercial Terms: Work closely with our contracts team to clarify and approve client commercial terms and conditions.
  • Prepare Winning Bids: Craft comprehensive bid packages and pricing summaries for Market Leader approval, ensuring timely offer submissions to Outside Sales or Authorized Sales Representatives.
  • Facilitate Order Finalization: Prepare detailed engineering packages and update internal portals for discussions with application, project, and plant engineering teams.
  • Streamline Purchase Order Process: Send Purchase Orders to the contracts team for audit and approval, ensuring smooth PO conversion with relevant teams.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on other exciting duties as assigned, contributing to our collective success.
