Job descriptionOverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service and personal growth.Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services- Utilize inside sales techniques to generate new leads- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions- Submits appropriate paperwork to management-Understands and supports company sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers and fosters the development of long-term business relationships.-Assists in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, notifies management of problems and suggests corrective actions.-Collects and reports competitive information to management.-Participates in continuing education training regarding company products and services.-Maintain Salesforce call reports daily.Experience- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role with two or more years of experience.- Familiarity with software or technical sales is advantageous- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationshipsPlease apply online at atworkknox.ComJob Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekShift:8 hour shiftExperience:Sales: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Required)Work Location: In person
