The Inside Sales Manager will provide leadership for inside sales activities. The position is responsible for sales and support of BRS' existing customer and prospect base. This position will work closely with the outside sales team and commercial leadership to improve sales and support effectiveness, as well as, serve as a commercial leader across (planning, scheduling, production, and shipping). Overall, the Inside Sales Manager will build and manage an inside sales organization and work with their supervisor to achieve BRS' commercial vision and goals. Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop long term and short term business plans that include capacity planning of inside sales team End-to-end people leadership: recruiting, selecting, training, and managing high quality ISRs Implement and leverage technology (process, reporting, and measurement) to affect business outcomes Ensure Customer Success and communication through use of job aids, sales training, and the monitoring of ISRs Supporting the launch of new processes, procedures, and enablement tools, identifying gaps and providing recommendations to solve Develop a team environment to foster strong cross-functional and field relationships Educate ISRs on inside selling techniques in order to penetrate existing accounts and identify new opportunities Lead and participate in regular sales and account planning meetings with Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs), territory teams, and leadership. Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline 5 to 7 years of related experience with no degree Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external parties regarding issues and changes Ability to manage multiple tasks, to set priorities, and to meet deadlines Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver and create customer experiences in a fast paces sales environment A strong orientation for coaching, mentoring, and people development Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Experience building measurement systems, ROI reporting, and operational cadence for inside sales preferred Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: Office atmosphere.
