Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales team to achieve and exceed annual target goals through managing, recruiting, developing/training, and setting expectations for the South Florida Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Create, implement, and maintain a stellar sales program to drive increased engagement and team member growth.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase monthly goals and performance expectations to include new and existing customers.
  • Effectively guide sales team in use of CRM, while growing metrics, and overall company performance.
  • Foster a team environment as a leader, driving volume, client loyalty and building a winning culture.
  • Set clear performance goals and weekly evaluation on team members progress providing constructive feedback while conducting thorough assessment of territories.

Experience:

  • Pharmaceutical Industry knowledge a plus
  • Sales Management experience minimum 3 years' required.
  • Call Center Management experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop and achieve sales plan of the organization.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail oriented self-motivated leader with coaching & development skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
