Inside Sales Representative Bilingual Preferred Customer Service/B2B

Job Description:

• Communication with International Customers in Mexico (North America), Central America & South America.
• Take orders via phone calls/emails
• Keep track of inventory by utilizing ERP System (IQMS software).
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs, questions. resolving concerns and providing any additional information via calls/emails.
• Explaining features of products and services.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Business to Business Customer Service
• Entry Level
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of ERP system

Bilingual (Fluent) preferred

8:00 am-5:00pm

$23.00-25.00/hr
