Job Description :

RP Visual Solutions is a manufacturer and reseller of custom audio-visual structures, flat panel, and rear screen-based products. We provide products and services to the industrial/commercial marketplace world-wide. Our mission is to ensure that we make the whole experience of dealing with RP Visual Solutions a pleasurable experience.The Field Installation Engineer will be involved in ongoing RPV mounting system and audio-visual systems installation projects. This position will include installation, alignment, testing, and verification of complex projects as well as traveling to client sites to complete the installation process.

What Youll Do:
  • Defining client requirements.
  • Effectively communicating those requirements to our quoting, fabrication, and operations group.
  • Preparing & Presenting sales quotations to clients.
  • Once a sale has been made, submit the order and necessary backup documentation to confirm client requirements with signed-off drawings.
  • Stay engaged with in-house projects to help facilitate the flow of information between all parties such as end user, dealer, general contractors, AV consultant, Architectural team, and so on.
  • This is a high-volume role; part of the job is filing project emails and documents on the server to keep project information organized.

  • Experience in a sales capacity, preferably in the AV (Audio Visual) or Technical Industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools.
  • Organizational Skills, task management/priorities, manage filing system.

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelors degree, ideally in communications, engineering, business, or related experience.
