Centro is organized into seven product-focused divisions, each offering specific services to control or monitor the flow of materials in the manufacturing process. The company has a large outside sales organization and multiple branch locations to support customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Centro, Incorporated in our North Little Rock, AR location. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for technical support and customer satisfaction with a background in industrial valve, pump, filtration, and instrumentation products to join our team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the application and technical support of products such as, but not limited to, solenoid, ball, gate, plug, butterfly, and control valves, pneumatic and electric actuators, position indicators, process gauges, industrial thermometers, limit switches, safety sensors, controls, cartridge filters, strainers, separators, filter housings, bag filters, string-wound filters, industrial pumps, pumping systems, industrial mixers and accessories related to other industrial products where flow control applications exist. Our Inside Sales team directly supports our external customers and internally by assisting in all aspects of the successful input and completion of quotes, orders, and application support.lead generation, account management, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process flow control is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience
  • Exhibit solid pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical aptitude
  • Demonstrate technical competence with manual and automated flow control products, including product application and specification within industrial process facilities
  • Ability to work with and show proficiency with numbers (prices, part numbers, account numbers, etc.)
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
