Job Description :

A leading international oil and gas services company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support its active US sales team. The ideal candidate has strong sales expertise, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and superior written communication skills. Working collaboratively, the new team member will drive the continued growth of the business by solving complex problems, creating custom solutions, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

Location: Houston, TX 77041

Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and prepare detailed proposals for services.
  • Generate comprehensive estimates and quotations based on technical and commercial input from internal stakeholders.
  • Develop graphical storyboards to help illustrate the company's technology advantage either using existing storyboards or working with the internal graphics team.
  • Develop presentation collateral to help support the Sales/Business Development team.
  • Maintain and update existing quote templates and pricing structures in alignment with ISO processes.
  • Update internal Sales Pipeline app/CRM (customers, opportunities, quotes, sales).
  • Promote sales to new and existing clients.
  • Comply with the company and client quality, safety, and environmental management systems and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure all accidents / incidents / near misses / hazards are immediately reported and relevant paperwork is complete.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Distribution, Business Administration or a related focus required.
  • 2+ years of sales support experience, including preparing quotations and proposals
  • Familiarity with the Pipeline and Oil & Gas Industry, required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Programs and excellent computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written communication abilities
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with high accuracy
  • Ability to create or amend graphics for marketing materials
  • Knowledge of ISN and pipeline industry verification systems
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and techniques
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a positive work environment
