Inside Sales Representative

Summary

Fairway Lawns is seeking an innovative, driven, and highly motivated candidate with strong attention to detail and self-organization. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for growing business through outbound, inbound and digital leads. The Sales Representative will be responsible for converting leads to sales, upselling and being an overall advocate for the customer.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business with a focus on meeting the customer's needs

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting calls and emails

Focus on upselling services to new and existing customers with a focus on exceptional customer service

Consult with customers after sales and services to resolve problems, provide ongoing support and answer questions or concerns

Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers

Requirements:

Required Skills, Experience, and Education

Residential sales experience preferred

Lawncare/Pest Control product knowledge is a plus

Proven self-starter with initiative to offer and recommend improvements and services

Ability to meet and exceed goals and work in a fast-paced environment

Effective and professional verbal and written communication with customers

Strong computer and phone skills, including Microsoft Suite, NICE CXone, and RealGreen

Closing skills, building relationships, people skills, customer focus, professionalism & motivation for sales

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typing

Specific abilities required by this job include close and distant vision as well as the ability to hear normal conversation and respond, either verbally or in writing, to accurately convey detail and/or instructions

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
