?Trillium Staffing is looking for an Inside Sales Representative! Join Our Team! Are you ready to make an impact? As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the go-to support for our South Carolina Sales team, handling orders, costs, and collections with precision and efficiency. What You'll Do 1. Accounts Payable & Receivable -Process purchase orders, track costs, and match invoices in our ERP system. -Manage customer orders, create invoices, and keep track of payments. 2. Customer & Vendor Communication -Engage with vendors and customers professionally over phone, email, and in person. -Coordinate smooth deliveries and handle credit limits to keep everything on track. 3. Operations Support -Assist with inventory, reconcile records, and support our sales and logistics teams as needed. -Bring your detail-oriented mindset and let's drive success together! 1st shift 7:30 - 4:30 Mon-Fri. Pay range - $21-23 per hour. If interested, please apply today! -Associate's degree in Business or Accounting. A/P and A/R experience a plus! -Strong communication, basic math, and ERP know-how. -Proficient in Dynamics 365, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
