An ever-growing and family owned pioneer in the paper composite surface industry is looking to add an outgoing and upbeat Inside Sales Representative to their local Tacoma team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an exciting growth trajectory. The Inside Sales Representative is an essential component to the sales and marketing team. This position has day-to-day interactions with distributors, customers, and the internal staff. The ideal candidate will understand the need to build strong relationships that rely on good communication, whether it's face-to-face, on the telephone or email. Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Oversee sales orders
• Email communication
• Manage sales orders utilizing QuickBooks
• Provide exceptional customer service to distributors and consumers
• Support marketing programs
• Communicate order statuses

Schedule: 9am-5pm Pay: $23-$27/hr Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Intermediate Excel skills
• Intermediate QuickBooks
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
• Intermediate communication skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work as a cohesive team member
• Upon hire, ability to travel to trade shows throughout the US
• Understanding of international logistics
