• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:15 PM, plus one Saturday shift per month from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM (with a day off during the week).
• Work Arrangement: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote of your choice.
• Pay Rate: $24/hour + uncapped commissions.
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.

Job Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative:

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to quote and sell personal lines insurance products, including auto and home policies.
• Deliver a consultative sales experience, helping clients make informed decisions.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all lines of business.
• Accurately document prospect information, quotes, and sales data into the system.

Requirements for Inside Sales Representative:

• College degree preferred; recent grads encouraged to apply
• Prior sales and/or insurance experience is a plus
• NJ Property & Casualty license is a plus
• Must obtain NJ Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License within first 4 weeks (training and sponsorship provided)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
