Summary

• Provide high level customer service to existing customers; manage and grow new business with existing customer base.
• Sales promotion, quote solicitation, negotiation, order processing, expediting and managing the entire sales process from quote to delivery of customer products.
• Interface with customers, manufacturers and suppliers to meet or exceed customer and manufacturer requirements.
• Provide manufacturers with sales services to maintain and expand existing business and develop new business.
• Working as a direct liaison between customer and manufacturer; provide responsive and quality information.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of B2B inside sales experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
