Inside Sales Support - Sooner : Job Details

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role. The Inside Sales Support will report to the Account Manager and is responsible for assisting the sales team with day-to-day tasks, such as the preparation and entry of quotes and sales into the system.

Responsibilities

• Support the Inside Account Managers as needed
• Enter inquiries and prepare for quotation
• Enter sales data into system as requested by Account Manager
• Release pipe for shipment in the system
• Expedite shipments, secure required paperwork, prepare sales for invoicing
• Serve as the liaison between the customer and accounting/invoicing personnel

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Good telephone skills
• Good computer skills (Office Suite)

Preferred

• B.S. degree
• 2-3 years Inside Sales experience, preferably pipe or related product
• Oracle experience
• Working knowledge of tubular goods
