Inspection Operator - System One : Job Details

Title: Inspection OperatorLocation: Somerset, NJHours: 11pm – 7:30 amType: Direct HireResponsibilities:Responsible for inspection, polishing and bulk packaging of finished productsNeeds to understand packaging processes & removal processes in accordance with BMR recordDuring Inspection check criteria of defected/good product for Inspection as specified in SOP.Will be responsible to follow all associate with cGMP requirement, Operation Procedure, Cleaning Procedure, Documentation and Safety.Will be responsible to take charge from previous shift co-workerMust have good work ethicsOperate various packaging removal process equipment per procedure mentioned in the SOP/BMR/MBR.Perform machine changeovers and area cleaning and set up as required.Troubleshoot and make appropriate adjustments to maintain packaging & removal specification.Perform duties through the proper and safe use of equipment according to Health & Safety procedures and Equipment operating procedure.Responsible to keep area and equipment's all time with status labelOther duties as required.Requirements:Minimum 1-3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Must have proficient writing, math and communication skillsMust have experience with GMP documentationMust have some experience with nutraceutical, pharmaceutical soft gel manufacturing/packagingBe able to work 3rd shift 11pm-7:30amExperience with Verisym is a big plus.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
