We're currently seeking a highly motivated Public Works Inspector located in Portland, OR. Required Education: High School Diploma Required Qualifications: In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities. Has knowledge and experience in quality assurance, skill and understanding of the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) per the Corps of Engineers CQC Program. Possess strong communication and writing skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge in large pipe diameter steel installation. Knowledge in site civil structural concrete and reinforced concrete. Knowledge of electrical and conduit instrumentation. Responsibilities: Responsible for enforcing contract stipulations, regulations, specifications, and codes relating to public works construction projects Salary: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour Bonus Pay: A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management's discretion.
