The person hired for this position will inspect the finished product being produced on a paper lawn & leaf bag machine for conformance to established standards. Additionally, they will assist the Machine Operator in starting up the machine and maintaining a safe and clean work area.
Specifically:
Assist the Machine Operator in maintaining a clean and safe work area and comply with all company safety policies.
Continuously lift 2-8 lbs and 30 lbs regularly of finished product and place in a corrugated shipping case.
Perform and established set of periodic inspections of the finished product for adherence to standards.
Notify the Machine Operator of any definite or potential non-conformance issues.
Assist the Operator's Assistant assemble and label corrugated shipping cases.
Requirements:
Must have good attendance and stable work history.
Ability to work Overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.
