We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inspector, Quality Records, Level 2 to join our team. This role primarily focuses on handling andtransferring technical data information to external customers through the AECS(Advanced External Customer System) platform. The ideal candidate shouldpossess an understanding of data management principles, exceptionalorganizational skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring accurate and timelydata delivery.

Responsibilities:Managetechnical data records within the organization's AECS system.Retrieve andcompile technical data in accordance with customer requests andorganizational guidelines.Ensure theaccuracy, completeness, and integrity of data transferred to externalcustomers.Collaboratewith internal stakeholders to gather necessary technical information andensure alignment with customer requirements.Maintainconfidentiality and security of sensitive technical data throughout thetransfer process.Monitor andtrack data transfer processes to ensure timely delivery to externalcustomers.Troubleshootand resolve any issues related to data transfer or customer inquiriespromptly.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

You Must Have:High schooldiploma or equivalent.USCitizenship2+years of experience in technical data transfer or a related role.Experience in records management ordata handling roles.Familiaritywith technical data management systems.Strongattention to detail and accuracy in data handling and transfer processes.Excellentorganizational and time-management skills.Ability tocommunicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.Problem-solvingskills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Understandingof confidentiality and data protection regulations.Eligible to pursue an FAA Repairman's License WE VALUE• Bachelor's degree in computer science, InformationTechnology, or a related field.• Experience with other data transfer protocols and tools.• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to datatransfer.• Project management skills and the ability to lead datatransfer initiatives.Additional Information
