Install Lead - Custom Seating : Job Details

DescriptionThe Install Lead is responsible for installation and assembly of custom fabricated furnishings and woodwork items on-site. This position requires experience completing layouts and precision measuring. The Install Lead is also responsible for prepping the job site and cleaning up after the installation is complete. Experience with people management is a necessity for this role.Responsibilities/Expectations:

• Installation of cabinetry and other commercial grade woodwork components
• Scribing and fitting to job site, detailed familiarity of specialty counters and tabletops
• Tracking of working hours for installation crew members
• Driving company vehicles to and from installation locations
• Working with Project Managers. Production Manager, and other involved parties to properly plan install trips (days out, hotel and flight bookings, Per Diem pay, etc.)
• Responsibility for company property (vehicles, tools, etc.)
• Communicate with Project Managers and General Contractors to ensure timely and correct deliveries/installations product
• Maintain safety standards, adhering to all on-site safety protocols and ensuring the safety of installation team members

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years' experience with carpentry or furniture installation
• Experience traveling for work
• High School Diploma or GED
• OSHA 10 Certification a plus
• Experience reading and using blueprints/architectural sets
