  • Assist in the installation of home accessibility equipment, including stairlifts, platform lifts, and elevators.
  • Learn and apply mechanical, electrical, and construction techniques under supervision.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform basic light electrical wiring as part of installation work.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Follow safety procedures and adhere to company installation standards.
  • Work closely with senior installers to learn proper techniques and industry best practices.
  • Travel to various job sites throughout Northern California.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Basic mechanical experience (automotive, HVAC, plumbing, or related field preferred).
  • Light electrical knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Must own basic tools and be comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Physical stamina to lift materials, work on ladders, and perform hands-on tasks.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
