JW Floor Covering Inc. seeks an Installation Specialist to join our Installation Review Team. The Installation Specialist reviews all locations' incoming orders for accuracy before scheduling an installation date. This is an important part of the process that catches many errors, such as HOA concerns and other estimating errors. To apply, respond to the pre-screening questions and include an up-to-date resume. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include Reviewing Installation Orders for accuracy Reviewing Installations for any flagged items specified by JW system. Contacting customers before their flooring installation Responding to inbound/ outbound calls or emails from customers, our business partners, and calls our other branch offices about specific installations PO's Respond to HDMS (our business partner) emails for Resolutions Scheduling installations/ Pre-Installation job site visits Creating Estimates, Invoices Preparing HOA documentation and paperwork Supply Inventory Management for facilities Any other tasks assigned by management Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $22 - $25 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
