Hours of work:

40 hours per week. Usual working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. There are many instances of earning overtime in this role. There may be a requirement from time to time to start work earlier or finish later as the role dictates.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Delivery and installation of various kitchen equipment and supplies locally and nationwide
• Taking direction from others to complete the job
• Moving heavy objects and working with power tools
• Communicating directly with customers and with our project managers is critical for the successful execution of the job
• Some warehouse work and building maintenance are required on rare occasions

Requirements for Position

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel 3-4 nights per week, 3-4 weeks per month.
• Physical abilities including heavy lifting that will be required. Climbing, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Able to work on construction sites, operational kitchens and cafeterias, warehouses and loading docks
• Mechanically inclined knowledge of hand tools is required
• Preferred experience that is helpful: construction, electrical, plumbing, and/or forklift
• Team player, reliable, dependable, and willing to work
• Must have an acceptable driving record and active driver's license to be insurable to be able to drive a company truck
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, personable, presentable, and articulate
