Institutional Sales Trader - Advisor Group : Job Details

Osaic CareersInstitutional Sales TraderWe are currently looking for a driven and motivated Institutional Sales Trader with Ladenburg Thalmann & Co., a member of Osaic. The Institutional Sales Trader will build on existing and develop new institutional relationships with US clients.Responsibilities:

• Execute client orders for the US market; coordinating between the traders and the client as required.
• Generate new order flow in the secondary and primary markets - on existing deals and help generate potential blocks with client order flow.
• Prioritize resource allocation across clients and products to maximize revenue generation.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and client prospects on equity markets and firm research.
• Required to comply with applicable regulation, conduct rules, internal policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience within the equity trading markets.
• Willingness to spend time traveling and socializing with clients.
• IT skills, including all standard Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, ability to foster relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 5 Years of Institutional Sales Trading experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Series 7, 63 licensed
