• Ability to work under the direction of the supervising teacher
• Participate in in-service training
• Provide small group and/or individual instruction as planned by the teacher
• Work with students with varying abilities and educational needs

Requirements:

• Follow work schedules as designed by the teacher
• Ability to develop positive relationships with students and staff
• Knowledge of content in assigned areas
• Understanding and implementation of confidentiality
• Performing any other duties assigned by teacher

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 60 hours of college credit or paraprofessional certification preferred
• Completion of Indiana and Federal background requirements
