Position Description Summary The Department of Technology, Analytics, and Workforce Learningat Bloomsburg which has an MS program in Instructional Design and Technology and a BAS program in Technical Leadership is seeking applicants for an ongoing pool of candidates for temporary instructor positions. Duties Primary responsibilities include teaching graduate/undergraduate courses in instructional design, instructional authoring, and leadership skills in both programs. The pool offers opportunities to teach both online and face-to-face courses on the Commonwealth University Bloomsburg campus. Qualifying Experience and Education (Minimum/Preferred)Minimum Requirements: For Instructional Technology courses (in MS and BAS programs): Required: Master's degree in Instructional Technology or related field. Proven teaching skills and abilities. For Technical Leadership courses (in BAS Program): Required: Master's degree in Leadership or related field. Proven teaching skills and abilities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:For Instructional Technology courses (in MS and BAS programs): Experience in a training setting or K-12 education; practical instructional design skills; and practical technology skills with web design, multimedia, authoring software, instructional design, online collaboration, research, game design, eLearning, LMS, learning analytics, K-12 technologies. For Technical Leadership courses (in BAS Program): Experience working with and leading teams and/or virtual teams, project management experience; practical technology skills with project management and virtual team tools.
