Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional design, education or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or related role
- Design and Development: Create instructional materials, including eLearning modules, Documents and blended learning programs, using instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Conduct Needs Assessment analyses to identify skill gaps and determine the appropriate training solutions.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and interactive activities, to enhance learning experiences.
- Course Implementation: Manage the rollout of training programs, ensuring that all materials are accessible and effective for the target audience.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from learners to continuously improve training programs and materials.
