Instructional Support Technician - Stony Brook University : Job Details

Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):Bachelor's Degree (foreign equivalent or higher) in Physics. Three (3) years of post-degree related full-time work experience. Experimental experience, including repair and maintenance of equipment, as well as design and performance of experiments. Strong computing skills, i.e. maintenance of computer systems, building and management of websites. Experience using any type of acquisition software such as Lab. View, MATLAB, Quick. DAQ, DAS - Ylab; Vernier Loggerpro. Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree (foreign equivalent or higher) in Physics or related field. Additional years of full-time related experience to include experience as a Graduate Student. Supervisory or management experience in an academic research laboratory environment.
