Job Requirements

• Responsible for teaching technical training classes to customers, partners, and employees
• The role focuses on providing a top-notch training experience and supporting students as they learn about company products and processes
• Teach Training Classes
• Conduct training sessions using structured materials like presentations, outlines, exercises, and tests
• Use tools like simulators or machine tools to teach hands-on skills
• Develop and Improve Training Content
• Identify and report discrepancies between company products and training materials
• Suggest updates or improvements to the curriculum to make it more effective
• Maintain Training Environments
• Keep classrooms, simulators, and equipment organized and functional for a great learning experience
• Provide Technical Support
• Answer technical questions from students and assist other departments with resolving issues
• Collaborate and Communicate
• Work with other instructors and teams to ensure consistency and high-quality training delivery

Job Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a technical field is preferred. Relevant experience in automation or similar fields is also acceptable
• Strong Communication Skills
• Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and explaining technical concepts clearly
• Technical Knowledge
• Should understand basic electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems and be able to troubleshoot problems.
• Adaptability
• Able to learn new technologies and skills, including programming and troubleshooting products
• Collaborative
• Works well with others to improve training materials and processes
• Organized and Detail-Oriented
• Keeps training environments well-prepared and supports students effectively
