Instrumentation and Controls TechnicianPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Controls Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of instrumentation and control systems in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on a range of instrumentation and control systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments, controls, and associated systems
• Repair and replace faulty components as necessary
• Conduct calibration of instruments and controls
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all work performed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation and control systems

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of Instrumentation and Controls Technician
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems
• Familiarity with PLC programming
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and automation
• Experience with calibration and diagnostics
• Understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
