In this role, you will be a part of a Maintenance team that oversees the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and support of key technologies, namely industrial instrumentation. As in the military, the site uses things like pressure, flow, temperature, among other tools, to determine the feedback of process equipment. The company is looking to you to be a part of the technical team to support these functions.You will be responsible for many facets of the site: performing daily maintenance, data recording, reporting the work being accomplished, and so on. You will need to be a highly accurate/detail-oriented person to provide the correct feedback and document that to your supervisors. You should have experience working with gauges, solenoids, calibration of electronics, pneumatic valves, Variable Frequency Drives, AC/DC Motors, and other control systems.Candidates coming from the electronic MOSs within the military, especially the nuclear power area of the Navy, have done exceptionally well in these roles. Although your experience in these areas is welcome, this role can expose you to other maintenance areas, and you should be open to mechanical and electrical systems as needed to help perform work.
