Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agency Customer Service Rep at Zamin Insurance Agency in Oglesby, IL. The role involves servicing new and existing insurance clients. Day to day activities including quoting policies, making changes, handling claims, frequent customer interactions and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of insurance concepts and policies is a plus
• Customer service experience
• Insurance License or previous Insurance experience is a major plus
