Job Description We are seeking a remote, full-time Insurance and Risk Management Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance compliance, risk management, and excellent communication skills. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure our company's insurance and risk compliance with vendors, work closely with insurance brokers and real estate company insurance contacts, and maintain accurate records. Primary responsibilities
  • Review and submit certificates of insurance to ensure compliance with vendor requirements
  • Collaborate with insurance brokers to manage and maintain insurance policies
  • Communicate with real estate company insurance contacts regarding insurance matters and risk management
  • Monitor and analyze potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to insurance and risk management
  • Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, certificates, and risk assessments
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on insurance and risk-related matters Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance and risk management, preferably within a construction or contractor trade
  • Strong knowledge of insurance compliance, policies, and regulations
  • Experience working with insurance brokers and real estate company insurance contacts
  • Professional written and verbal communication, fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams within US business hours
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant insurance and risk management software Benefits
