We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Billing Representative to join our team in a fast-paced medical office. This temp-to-perm role offers the chance to grow with a supportive and well-organized environment. Insurance Billing Representative (Temp-to-Perm) Location: In-office position Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Occasional early starts at 6:00 AM) Key Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance coverage and payer details for patients, including handling primary and secondary insurance, pre-approvals, and co-payment information.
• Submit and follow up on claims, ensuring timely payments from insurance companies and resolving any issues with denied claims.
• Manage self-pay patient accounts, prepare statements, and coordinate with external collection agencies when necessary.
• Answer patient billing questions via phone and in person, providing clear and professional support.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 Years of Medical Billing experience
• Proficient in phone reception and email communication.
• Familiarity with Outlook and medical billing software
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and be open to feedback.
