In this role, you will oversee a group of four team members responsible for managing customer claims across multiple lines of business, including Commercial Property & Casualty, Personal Lines (with a focus on high-net-worth clients), and Workers' Compensation insurance. You will also be responsible for personally handling high-profile claims and working closely with the managing partners to implement streamlined claims handling processes.This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a stable, family-owned agency with a rich 50-year history.   • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four claims professionals, driving performance across diverse lines of business.

  • Monitor team performance, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and service quality.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of claims management experience, ideally in Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, or Workers' Compensation insurance.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a strong track record of managing and developing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of claims processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle high-profile claims and deliver excellent service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing team management and direct claims handling.
