JLL is seeking an Insurance Coordinator for its Escrow Operations group. This individual will work within a Team of Insurance Analysts responsible for ensuring that all loans within their assigned portfolio are compliant with the applicable lender's insurance requirements. The Insurance Coordinator is the first point of contact for most Borrowers/Agents and must interact effectively with internal and external parties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate organization, analytical orientation and possess the initiative to work in an independent and reliable manner. They will be highly organized and self-motivated with an eagerness and openness to learn. This role is an entry level position into Commercial Servicing Insurance Compliance and will expose the candidate to all areas of Commercial Loan Servicing.

Essential Functions:

* Use reporting to follow up with parties as insurance policies come due for renewal. Perform initial analysis to ensure all documents and supporting information have been received.

* Learn about Commercial Loan Servicing, Property Insurance, lender requirements and put knowledge into practice.

* Perform compliance reviews as assigned.

* Escalate to proper parties if contacts are no longer valid or recipients are non-responsive. Update core system as information changes.

* Communicate escrow issues and coordinate resolution with internal Servicing Platform staff and external parties in connection with each loan.

* Perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and JREC policies and procedures.

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote)

* Strong time management skills and ability to operate under demanding deadlines

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organization skills

* Ability to multitask and work on several transactions simultaneously

* Ability to recognize and analyze risk

* Willingness and ability to learn new technology

* Excellent attention to detail

* Ability to audit own work

* Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and as a team player

Required Experience:

* Preferred Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting

* or Business preferred or minimum 1 year experience in Insurance, Mortgage Banking or Loan Servicing.

* Experience with PrecisionLM loan servicing software is a plus.
