Role Description

This is a full-time or part time on-site role for an Intermediate or Advanced Insurance Customer Service Representative at Farmers Insurance - the Brockwell Agency. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, support, and satisfaction to our policyholders. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience in an insurance office, company or sales environment.
• Pay will be based on Experience Level. In addition to base pay - monthly, quarterly, and annual performance Bonuses are available to earn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with individuals within the organization at all levels including customers, employees, vendors, and outside parties.
• Able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Current License in P&C Insurance.
• Possess good organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Great computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
