What You'll Do:

  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and insurance carriers to deliver outstanding service and solutions to clients.
  • Take advantage of ongoing training opportunities to further expand your knowledge and skills in the insurance industry.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, with a track record of converting prospects into loyal clients.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and using technology to streamline your sales efforts.
  • A passion for learning, personal growth, and furthering your expertise in the insurance field.
