Find out how you can make a difference with a career at Society. Society Insurance is seeking an experienced Insurance Product Specialist to join our Product Development team. This position fills a critical role in the product development life cycle, acting as a bridge between product strategy and the delivery of a successful product or service. About the Role
  • Identifies key industry trends. Recommends and implements changes based on trends.
  • Completes competitor research and competitor analysis.
  • Develops coverage forms, endorsements, and rules of moderate to difficult complexity.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and technical product requirements.
  • Coordinates product configuration, testing, product migration activities.
  • Participates in verbal and written negotiations with regulators. Leads difficult negotiations.
  • Leads the Product Team and leads special product work as directed.
  • Acts as a technical consultant to all departments.

What it Will Take
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of Property & Casualty insurance industry experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial P&C insurance products and policy construction.
  • Deep understanding of insurance department filing requirements and processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
