Our agency is expanding and looking for new agents.We seek honest, trustworthy, dependable, motivated, and dedicated people. No finance or insurance skills or experience is necessary. We have a complete online and in-person education & training system to ensure you are taught everything you need to know to be successful.To give you a little more context of what we do, we are a full-service financial agency working in insurance, retirement & estate planning to help our clients get out of debt, grow wealth, and retire properly.The position is in-person or on Zoom/remote, we meet and train in person and online via Zoom, and we are looking for someone who has between 10-20 hours a week available initially to train and start helping families.This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, the more families you help, the more you earn. How much time you dedicate and your schedule is up to you. Our average part-time training agent makes $1,000 to $4,000 per month in commissions to start with, and average full-time senior directors are making anywhere between $5,000 to $10,000 or more per month.In addition, we provide a full Financial Education curriculum, books, resources & workshops to help teach our Agents the basics of Financial Education and Literacy. Our company is on a Mission to educate 30 million families by 2030 and with your help we can accomplish that.You may have never before considered starting your own business or becoming a financial professional, but I hope after reviewing this opportunity, you'll consider partnering with us.Responsibilities· Meeting and contacting new potential clients to discuss financial concerns and needs· Conducting information-gathering meetings with clients· Analyzing client needs and presenting potential solutions· Providing ongoing financial services to clients· Developing and implementing personal and business financial plans· On-going development of professional skills and knowledge· Participate in marketing and expansion strategies and efforts· Provide exceptional customer service and relationship-building· Learn financial strategies to improve your knowledge and help others· Help individuals, families, and businesses with identifying and implementing strategies to achieve short-term, mid-term, and long-term financial goals, including but not limited to retirement planning, college planning, debt management, insurance, investments, estate & legacy goals.Qualifications & Requirements· Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or Work Permit with SSN· Must be able to pass a background check· Accountable with a high level of integrity (critical in this regulated and customer-based industry)· Teachable and open to learning the business and financial principles that expand your own personal and professional Financial IQ· A working professional (either part-time or full-time) in a role that pays steady commission-based income. · Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision· Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills· Strong sales, analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, leadership, and communications skills· Ability to work in a team-based environment· Have a natural desire to learn and educate others about money· Willingness to get a license in the financial industry.Skills· Computer software, Office software (spreadsheets, documents, etc), Google Calendar, Google Drive.· Business-to-Business (B2B)· Interpersonal Skills· High-Level Learning· Customer Service· Team Leadership· Sales Management· Direct Sales· Sales & MarketingPlease submit your resume & schedule an interview to see if you qualify today.
