1099 Independent Contract - Full-Time Hybrid ( Commission Base )Would you like to be in control of your own earnings? My agency is expanding and looking for new agents. I am seeking people that are honest, trustworthy, dependable, motivated and dedicated. No finance or insurance skills or experience is necessary. We have a great online training program and I will be happy to ensure you are taught everything you need to know to be successful. To give you a little more context of what we do, we are a full service financial agency working in both securities and insurance to help our clients grow wealth and get out of debt. This is a full-time hybrid position for a Financial Services Professional at ASB Financial. We do everything from online via Zoom, to meeting clients face to face. We are looking for someone who has between 35 to 40 hours a week available initially to train and start helping families. The Financial Services Professional will be responsible for financial planning, retirement planning, finance, and providing comprehensive solutions to meet the insurance and financial concerns of individuals. The role is primarily located in the Pensacola Metropolitan Area and Mobile Metropolitan Area but offers flexibility for some remote work.This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, the more families you help, the more you earn. How much time you dedicate and your schedule is up to you. Our average Training Associates make $4,000 per month or more. There is little, if any, financial education taught in schools. Our company is looking to change that. How can people become financially independent if they don't know how to? People don't plan to fail; they fail because they don't know how to plan. Our motto is “No Family Left Behind.” We don't charge our clients for our services and we don't have “minimums” in order to help a client. You may have never before considered starting your own business or becoming a financial professional, but I hope you'll at least consider it. Responsibilities· Meeting and contacting new potential clients to discuss financial concerns and needs· Conducting information-gathering meetings with clients· Analyzing client needs and presenting potential solutions· Providing ongoing service to clients· Developing and implementing personal business and marketing plans· On-going development of professional skills and knowledge· Participate in marketing and expansion strategies and efforts· Provide exceptional customer service· Learn financial strategies to improve your own knowledge and help others· Help individuals, families, and businesses with identifying and implementing strategies to achieve short-term, mid-term, and long-term financial goals, including but not limited to retirement planning, college planning, debt management, insurance, investments, estate & legacy goals.Qualifications· Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or Work Permit with SSN· Must be able to pass a background check· Accountable with a high level of integrity (critical in this regulated and customer-based industry)· Teachable and open to learning the business and financial principles that expand your own personal and professional Financial IQ· A working professional (full-time) in a role which pays steady income.· Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision· Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills· Strong sales, analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, leadership, and communications skills· Ability to work in a team-based environment· Previous athlete and/or coaching professional training· Have a natural desire to learn and educate others about money· Willingness to get a 2-15 license in the financial industry. .
