We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Insurance Sales Representative to join our fun team! You will be responsible for retaining & expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.Responsibilities:Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients in person & by zoomDevelop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needsResolve client inquiries and complaintsExpand business reach through networking techniquesComply with insurance standards and regulationsTrack and identify areas of improvementQualifications:Previous experience in insurance is requiredAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multitaskMust have or obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license in the state of California prior to hire date or within 60 days for the right candidate.Bilingual Spanish & English required.Must be flexible & possess a can-do attitude.Typing speed of 45+ WPMInvestigation and Problem-solving skillsTime management skills and being proactiveProficiency in navigating through multiple applications, social media and softwareValid Driver's License & reliable transportationThis is a direct hire in-office position with possible hybrid remote schedule for the right candidate.Benefits:* Benefits Available after 90 days8 Paid Holidays a year10-20 Days PTO a year (depending on tenure)401K with 3% employer matchMedical, dental, vision, life & disability benefit optionsWeekends OffThe Opportunity to Grow Fast with a reputable companyHours: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm / 1 hour lunchCompensation: $60,000+ / year
