They assist with discharge planning under the Director of Admissions and Referrals and are the primary community contact, providing essential resources and support. At least two (2) years experience in a psychiatric hospital setting, including customer contact.Licensure: Licensed to practice in Illinois as a mental health professional is preferred.Additional Requirements: Knowledge of the latest DSM and Mental Status Exam and the Addiction and Recovery field.We are a 161-bed acute care facility in Waukegan, IL, and have been providing mental health treatment to the community and Illinois since 2018.
